Ithaca Bound Imports is a distributor for Señorio de Camarasa (produced by cooperative S.C.A. Santa Isabel de Torres) in Toronto and southern Ontario. This evoo is of the Picual variety in Jaén, Spain. This evoo has enormous presence with a strong note of cut grass with a spicy finish, which is commonly found in Picuals from Jaén. (Attributed to the region's hot temperatures) It's an excellent evoo for pairing with a wide range of dishes, including pastas, bread (including sandwiches) and margherita pizza.
