We carry all four primary varieties of Oro Bailén (Picual, Arbequina, Hojiblanca & Frantoio) and offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and retailers. The Hojiblanco is the third most common olive tree in Spain and evoos from this variety are often strong in flavour and spiciness. As such, the Oro Bailén Hojiblanca is fruity and grassy with a very robust flavour and noticeable late peppery finish.
