A Visit 5 Years Ago to Oro Bailén

In 2020, the first olive oil company Andrew Schiestel documented at Ithacabound.com was Oro Bailén. (The article was entitled, Cultivating One of the World’s Best Olive Oils, and was published on September 11, 2020)

This occurred because of a chance olive oil tasting Andrew experienced in the City of Córdoba a couple weeks earlier. The first world-class olive oil he tasted during this meeting was—Oro Bailén Picual.
